After working in construction as an employee for over 20 years, High Caliber Contracting owner Anthony Skinner decided it was time to venture out on his own. Along with his wife and children, he moved to Belleville Ontario and jumped in with both feet. Due to High Caliber Contracting being run by an honest, reliable and hardworking business owner, it has become a well-known and respected local contracting business with over 50 years of combined contracting experience .
